Monitoring & Supervision: • Monitor implementation of rural development activities as per plan and give necessary feedback • Monitor different activities of rural components. • Supervise Upazila, District level staffs. • Make liaison with Monitoring Coordinator at Office Executive level. • Check and verify different books of accounts and records/reports at the field and district level. • Facilitate, support and strengthen the different site selection. • Monitoring & supervision different training program. \ Financial: • Assists to budget for different programs. • Check and verify expenditure. • Approve reimbursement & check check register of planned activities and Travel & Outstation bills of staffs. • Approve salary and other allowances for staffs. • Different correspondence with banks on different financial issues.
